TUITION & FEES
MASTER & BOOTCAMP
Tuition fees include registration fees, admission process, live and pre-recorded lessons, the software required to attend the course (either through a VPN* licensing platform or a special student demo), career development, and certification of program completion.
* Access to VPN software versions must only be used for personal non-commercial, educational purposes or to produce material for your demo.
First Installment*

Payments can be processed by wire payments. If the student would like to pay another way, please feel free to contact info@linknetic.net for more options, otherwise, the student should talk with their advisor before the enrollment fee processing.
LINKNETIC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course, limit course size, and change hours or replace the Instructor for a given course, otherwise. In the event of a course change, students will be notified immediately. Course cancellations can only be determined upon completion of the registration period.
Participants will be fully reimbursed when LINKNETIC cancels a course for which they have registered. Refunds will be payable within 45 days of receipt of the student’s cancellation notice.
LINKNETIC will repay the two payments or any other payments that have been paid for the program to which the student is enrolled if:
-the institution receives a withdrawal request from the student requesting a refund no more than 30 days before the start of the course.
-if the student is enrolled in the program without having met the admission requirements and has not misrepresented his or her knowledge or qualifications at the time of application.
– the student receives a notice of dismissal from the institution.
The right to a refund is calculated on the total fee payable under the Contract, less the applicable 1° non-refundable payment. Beyond the first seven (7) days of registration, students in the program are subject to Linknetic’s refund policy.
Students who wish to be reintegrated after the termination must reapply to the program and contact the Administrative Office. Students who have been dismissed for violation of student conduct may not submit a new application to any of Linknetic’s programs or enroll in individual/online courses.
For serious health reasons, it is possible to request freezing. The request is granted only by Linknetic, presenting a written certificate proving the disease, and if the student has not exceeded more than 50% attendance at the course, and is in compliance with their administrative position has been paid the entire attendance fee. The freeze is only effective for the following academic year.
If it is necessary to drop a module/class, a written request to drop must be submitted via email to info@linknetic.net.
The day the drop request is received will be considered the effective date of the drop, not the last day of course attendance. Failure to officially drop a course will result in a failing grade.
MASTERKLASS
Fees include live and pre-recorded lessons and the Linknetic certificate upon completion of the program. Linknetic reserves the right to refuse the award of a participant’s certificate if all program fees or other fees are still unpaid, or other conditions are not met.

Participants will be fully refunded if LINKNETIC cancels a Masterklass for which they have registered. Refunds will be payable within 45 days of receipt of the student’s cancellation notice.
Linknetic may arrange to photograph or shoot student video clips for promotional, print, and online purposes. Any student who does not wish to participate should advise us at the time of reservation and declare at the time of filming that they do not want to participate. By accepting these terms, the student consents to the use of these photographs or video footage without any further consent or notice.
MENTORSHIP

Participants will be fully refunded if LINKNETIC cancels a Mentorship, for which they have registered. Refunds will be payable within 45 days of receipt of the student’s cancellation notice.

Our mission is to support the next generation of VFX, animation, and gaming talent by offering merit-based institutional scholarships through tuition reductions to those who qualify. Merit-based grants are awarded to new applicants based on the strength of their application, portfolio, and admission interview.
